When is a booking confirmed?
It's confirmed when a deposit of the total price is paid by bank transfer at the Monte dei Paschi di Siena bank.

What happens if a booking is cancelled?
It depends on the date of a cancellation.
1) If cancellation is from a booking date up to 30 days before the arrival no penalty must be paid.
2) If cancellation is from 30 to 15 days before the arrival, penalty is 40% of the total amount of the rental price.
3) If cancellation is from 15 to 3 days before the arrival, penalty is 60% of the total amount of the rental price.
4) If cancellation is from 3 to 0 days, penalty is 85% of the total amount of the price.
5) If tenants aren't getting to Erboli at the duly time, they must pay the total price (100% penalty).
The penalty is always calculated on the total price paid by the customer for the reservation.

Do tenants have to give the owner a cautionary deposit?
Yes, tenants must leave € 150,00 as a cautionary deposit. It will be given back to tenants as soon as they set off. The cost
of accidental breakages or damage to the property or the kitchenware is the responsibility of clients and must be settled with
the owner prior to their return. When esteemed damage is more than the cautionary deposit, it won't be given back. Please, tell
the owner if any kitchenware items should be broken.

When are tenants expected to arrive in Erboli?
Checks in are from 14.00 to 18.30. in the afternoon.

He has to phone the owner and inform him about the time he's going to arrive.

Tenants are kindly requested to check out by 12.00 a.m. Keys can be left on the door or have to be returned to the owner.

When is bed linen changed?
Bed linen+bathroom towels are changed once a week with no extra charge, on Saturday. An empty bag is left just outside the
apartment with clean bed linen and towels. Tenants have to change them on their own, put them into the bag which will then
be carried off.

How far are supermarkets and restaurants from Erboli?
The Ipercoop, the biggest supermarket is 10 km. far from Erboli, in Montevarchi (ss. "408"). A Coop, a smaller one is in Cavriglia (about 3 km.).
Tourists can find a lot of restaurants throughout the area of Cavriglia. They are all within easy reach, no more than 30 minutes by car, just
following the road signals.
