At the entrance gate, you will see five restored apartments on the right and a villa on the left.

There is a wide lawned garden facing the villa. It used to be known as an "aia", a farmyard which was typical in tuscan farmhouses. It was a flat stony yard where crops were collected and farmers used to gather in their free time. It was usually southward and it was always marked by a chestnut tree or an oak.

The garden at Erboli Residence lies in the same area than the "aia". It is bordered by some cypresses and alleys with benches from which you can enjoy wonderful panorama with some rolling hills and vineyards. You get to a swimming pool surrounded by a green lawned area going down some stairs near the lawn.

There is a gazebo in the lawned garden where tourists can go without any reservation. It's free of charge. There are some tables and chairs to meet your friends and a fireplace to have delicious barbecues. It's an ideal spot to go and relax or read, sipping an aperitivo or a glass of wine in the summertime, at an unforgettable tuscan sunset.
