You can check apartments availability at Erboli holiday villa through the booking system. Please, fill in the form with arrival/departure date and number of people for the apartment requested, according to the indications beside. All solutions satisfying with your requests will be found. Bookings will be sent to Erboli residence villa in Tuscany and confirm will be given by 2 days after receiving your request.
- The reservation is confirmed when a deposit of the total price is paid by bank transfer at the Monte dei Paschi di Siena bank.
- In case of cancellation, the following penalties:
1) If cancellation is from a booking date up to 30 days before the arrival no penalty must be paid.
2) If cancellation is from 30 to 15 days before the arrival, penalty is 40% of the total amount of the rental price.
3) If cancellation is from 15 to 3 days before the arrival, penalty is 60% of the total amount of the rental price.
4) If cancellation is from 3 to 0 days, penalty is 85% of the total amount of the price.
5) If tenants aren't getting to Erboli at the duly time, they must pay the total price (100% penalty).
The penalty is always calculated on the total price paid by the customer for the reservation.
