- Pici al ragù del monastero (Spaghetti with a meat sauce).

- Carne dell'Ascione alla piastra con verdura di stagione (grilled meat with *vegetables) or Peposo (spicy meat) alla papposileno con polenta grigliata (meat with grilled polenta).
